About Flavor Diet
We are a group of creators and wellness enthusiasts rooted in both the U.S. and Mexico, brought together by a shared belief that food should be healthy, satisfying, and full of flavor. At the heart of Flavor Diet is a brilliant Mexican cook and nutritionist who taught us that traditional cuisine and good nutrition can go hand in hand.
As our careers and busy lifestyles took over, we experienced how easy it is to drift away from healthy habits. Unbalanced eating and a lack of movement slowly affected how we felt and how we saw ourselves. That realization pushed us to return to the nourishing way of eating we grew up with and to add fun, consistent movement back into our daily lives.
Along with food, we built short but highly effective workout plans created by a personal trainer and designed to fit real schedules without sacrificing results.
The results were life changing. We lost weight, gained energy, and rebuilt our confidence. Everyday things that once felt uncomfortable became enjoyable again. Taking control of our health improved not just our bodies, but every area of our lives.
Flavor Diet was created to share that transformation with others. We help people get organized, eat well, move more, and build a lifestyle that feels good and lasts. Our approach is simple, flavorful, and rooted in real food and real results.

I personally have found that it works a lot better for me to wake up early and get the workout over with. I always find 1000 excuses to not workout in the evening. For me it is such a rewarding way to start the day, I wake up at early and get started with my workout.
